ADVANCED WIRE SHOOTER is a professional side wire insertion machine for acetate eyewear production. It is designed for inserting plain side wires and hinge wire cores into heated acetate slabs with accurate, repeatable positioning.
The machine supports acetate slab widths from 20 mm to 50 mm and uses interchangeable brass wire guides to match different wire profiles. It can insert wire centred or off-centre in the slab, giving frame makers greater control over side construction, hinge position and temple design.
For best results, use together with the ADVANCED SIDES HEATER to preheat acetate slabs before insertion.
