Unlike conventional heating methods, the ADVANCED SIDES HEATER concentrates heat exactly where it is needed, in the centre of the acetate slab. This produces uniform softening across the wire path, helping prevent wire snaking and ensuring straighter, more repeatable insertion, especially when working with hinge wire cores.
