BRIDGE BUMPER is a manual forming tool for creating controlled V-shaped bridge bumps in acetate eyewear frames. It allows the bridge bump to be formed without cutting the lens apertures beforehand, helping maintain frame strength during the process.
The adjustable stainless steel head allows the bumping depth to be set according to material thickness, frame design and required bridge geometry. Interchangeable V-shape angle plates provide 20°, 30° and 40° forming options. For complete bridge and frame-front forming, it can be used along the BASE CURVE JIG.
