BASE CURVE JIG is a manual forming tool for shaping the base curve of acetate eyewear frames. It provides controlled and repeatable frame-front curvature without requiring a dedicated forming machine.
The jig uses interchangeable mould pairs in SMALL, MEDIUM and LARGE sizes, allowing the frame front to be shaped according to the required curve and frame design. For complete bridge and frame-front forming, it can be used together with the BRIDGE BUMPER.
