Our barrels feature a beech plywood barrel to prevent damage to the frames by impact and a sleek aluminum frame to prolong the lifespan of the gearbox and motor unit. The SMALL SINGLE BARREL is equipped with a compact AC motor that delivers excellent performance, with noticeable results in 6-12 hours.
SBT RECOMMENDED EYEWEAR BARRELING STAGES
There are two main barreling stages, and the SMALL SINGLE BARREL is specifically adjusted to achieve the best results for both stages. NOTE: One barrel is required for each stage to prevent cross-contamination, which would cause irreversible damage to the barrelling media.

ROUGH SANDING (1st Stage) The first stage is rough sanding. The barrel features a steel grid to keep the chamber clean and prevent the accumulation of sanding powder.

POLISHING (2nd Stage) The second stage is polishing. This stage creates no dust and guarantees impeccable results, ensuring outstanding preparedness for buffing.
