SMALL SINGLE BARREL is a compact barrelling and surface finishing machine for acetate eyewear frames, temples and similar precision components. It is used for the Sanding, Honing and Polishing stages of the SMALL BATCH TOOLS barrelling workflow, reducing manual sanding time while preparing parts for final hand polishing and assembly.
The machine uses a rotating wooden barrel with dedicated media and additives. For best results, keep a separate barrel for each stage to prevent cross-contamination between abrasive, honing and polishing media.

- Stage 3 – Polishing with HARDWOOD CUBES 2 KG and POLISHING PASTE 0,5 KG.
- Surface preparation of acetate eyewear frames and temples before final hand polishing.
