SMALL SINGLE BARREL is a compact barrelling and surface finishing machine for acetate eyewear frames, temples and similar precision components. It is used for the Sanding and Polishing stages of the SMALL BATCH TOOLS barrelling workflow, reducing manual sanding time while preparing parts for final hand polishing and assembly.
The machine uses a rotating wooden barrel with dedicated media and additives. For best results, use one barrel for Sanding and a separate barrel for Polishing to prevent cross-contamination between abrasive and polishing media.
