After years of experience with various wire shooting machines, we've taken the best features from each and designed the ESSENTIAL WIRE SHOOTER—a compact, powerful, and affordable solution that meets the needs of professional frame makers. Tested and refined over years, this tool guarantees precision, reliability, and simplicity in every use.

Acetate frames without a wire core are incomplete. This wire core inserterting equipment is a must-have for any serious frame maker. Tailored for small-batch production, it features a heated wire bed and precision linear movement to ensure that the wire is always inserted straight down the center of the material. Built with durability and efficiency in mind, the machine combines precision heat control, a ballscrew for perfect linear motion, and a super rigid structure.

Note: This machine is specifically designed to work with flat wires only—3.5 mm wire by Zoye or 5 mm wire by OBE, ensuring the highest level of accuracy for these industry-standard wire dimensions.

While the machine is developed for shooting side wires without hinges, it works seamlessly with material widths of 20 mm and 30 mm. Switching between these widths is quick and easy, requiring no tools and taking only 45 seconds. 

Wire shooting can often be seen as a tedious task in the frame manufacturing process, but we've simplified it to make it more efficient and enjoyable. With just two buttons and a lever, there's no need for extra tools or complex adjustments—no hassle, no fuss.

How It Works

  1. Heat the acetate material based on its thickness.
  2. Load the flat wire into the ESSENTIAL SIDES HEATER.
  3. Take a minute or two to relax or check your Instagram while the wire heats.
  4. Place the preheated acetate in the material bay.
  5. Press the material using the toggle clamp.
  6. Press the arrow button to shoot the wire.
  7. Wait 15 seconds for the material to cool.
  8. Done. It's that easy.
