It combines the SHAPER with a pre-installed GROOVING TOOL and an industrial-grade STRAIGHT EDGING CUTTER, creating a compact workstation for edge refinement and lens groove cutting.
Whether frames are cut manually or on a CNC machine, this configuration removes tool marks, refines edges and cuts clean V-grooves for lens fitting. The machine features two independently controlled spindles: one fixed spindle for the STRAIGHT EDGING CUTTER and one adjustable spindle with a fine height adjustment wheel for precise positioning of the GROOVING TOOL.
