POLISHER is a variable-speed polishing machine designed for finishing acetate eyewear, buffalo horn, polymers, metals and other precision components. Its combination of low speed, high torque and large polishing mops provides strong surface control while reducing heat build-up during polishing.
Compatible with 6", 8" and 10" polishing mops, the POLISHER features adjustable speed from 195 to 1,450 RPM, allowing the polishing process to be matched to different materials and polishing stages. For best results, use together with the POLISHER HOODS, ABRASIVE POLISHING PASTE 113GZ, SUPER FINISH PASTE P175 and the 10" POLISHING MOP SET as part of the SMALL BATCH TOOLS polishing workflow.
