This efficient machine can fit 20+20 frames and sides in one batch, handling both barreling stages simultaneously, saving time and space.
Our barrels feature a beech plywood barrel to prevent damage to the frames by impact and a sleek aluminum frame to prolong the lifespan of the gearbox and motor unit. The DOUBLE BARREL is equipped with a compact AC motor that delivers excellent performance, with noticeable results in 6-12 hours.

There are two main barreling stages, and the DOUBLE BARREL can perform both rough sanding and polishing at once for 20+20 frames and sides, or focus on one stage with a capacity of 40 sets per run.

ROUGH SANDING (1st Stage) The first stage is rough sanding. The barrel features a steel grid to keep the chamber clean and prevent the accumulation of sanding powder.

POLISHING (2nd Stage) The second stage is polishing. This stage creates no dust and guarantees impeccable results, ensuring outstanding preparedness for buffing.
