DOUBLE BARREL is a professional barrelling and surface finishing machine featuring two independent WOODEN BARREL chambers. It is designed for the Sanding, Honing and Polishing stages of the SMALL BATCH TOOLS barrelling workflow, allowing two stages to run simultaneously while eliminating the risk of cross-contamination between abrasive, honing and polishing media.
Each chamber accommodates up to 20 sets of frames and temples, providing a combined capacity of 40 sets per cycle. Alternatively, both chambers can be dedicated to the same process for increased throughput when required.

- Stage 3 – Polishing with HARDWOOD CUBES 4 KG and POLISHING PASTE 1 KG.
- Surface preparation of acetate eyewear frames and temples before final hand polishing.
