RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

1. General Return Conditions
Buyers may return unused and undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. All returns require the seller’s prior written approval.
Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted.
2. Returns Due to Seller Error
If the return is required because of an incorrect item, a defective item, or another error traceable to the seller, the seller will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
3. Returns Due to Buyer Error or Change of Mind
In all other cases, including incorrect order placement, change of mind, or buyer error, the buyer bears all return shipping costs.
4. Returns From Outside the European Union
For returns originating outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for:
- import duties
- customs charges
- VAT or tax payments
- tariffs
- handling or brokerage fees
- any other re-entry charges into the EEA
These costs are not refundable and will not be reimbursed by the seller.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date the seller receives and inspects the returned goods. Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The buyer must inform the seller of the return shipment in advance unless the shipping carrier provides direct notification. Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.
7. Shipping Terms
EAST BALANCE s.r.o. ships worldwide. Some products may be subject to export restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain countries. The buyer is responsible for verifying import regulations, restrictions, or licensing requirements before placing an order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and selected shipping method. Estimated costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
Unless agreed otherwise, all shipping charges are borne by the buyer.
8. Incoterms & Import Duties
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, shipments are sent under:
DAP (Delivered at Place)
Under DAP, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
Shipping weights may be rounded up according to carrier billing rules. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer when the package is handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Amendments
EAST BALANCE s.r.o. may update this Returns & Shipping Policy to reflect legal, operational, or logistical changes. Updated versions will display the amended effective date.
