We designed a cutting tool with ideal geometry for cutting acetate and leaving a perfect surface. The cutter is surrounded by a beautifully simple adjustable mechanism that is a pleasure to use. The motor is small and fast, normally used for engraving and standard ER11 collet to clamp tool.
This combination creates a perfectly balanced tool. It provides smooth rotation without any vibrations, and the result is a perfectly polished groove without leaving any marks on the frame.
