No matter if the frame is cut manually or by CNC, every process leaves tool marks on the acetate. This machine has been designed to quickly get rid of tool marks with a fine cutter, and it also incorporates a tool to round the edges.
To round the edges based on the thickness of the material, we added a tool-free system to adjust the height of the tool.
